How to Testify in Court
There is absolutely no
need to feel like this when
you step up to the
witness stand!
Traffic stops, hostage negotiations, domestic violence
calls, active shooter scenarios... police officers train hard
to perform in the field.

But what happens when the smoke clears and it's time to
square off against one of the biggest bad guys of all...
the defense lawyer?

This is where several officers lose control of the case -
simply because this is one scenario that they haven't
trained for!

The MLETI How to Testify in Court Program takes care
of that as participants review courtroom procedures,
critique video taped testimony, learn how to prepare for
court and even have  a chance to perform on the stand
during a moot court session.

Classroom participants should bring one of their case files
with them for use in the moot court proceedings.
